This restaurant is located in a plaza with a bunch of other restaurants, and there's lots of parking in the plaza. This place opens again at 5pm and my friend and I came in at 6pm and got seated very quickly. There's a QR code on the table where you can send in your order through your phone and our dishes came out pretty quickly. I got the hand pulled beef noodles and chose the hair thin for the size of the noodles. I think it's pretty neat that you get to choose the size of your noodles (I'm a huge fan of thinner noodles so I'm very happy I get to customize this). It wasn't too busy when we first got in, but when we left around 7pm, it got incredibly busy.

The family and I went to Highland Noodles for the first time and overall, enjoyed our meal. Luckily, we made it just before the dinner rush and was able to get seated right away. Menu and ordering are completed via QR code in which we ordered the Pork and Crab XLB, Sliced Beef Pancake Rolls, Crispy Porkchop Rice, Lanzhou Hand Pulled Beef Noodle Soup, Braised Pork Belly Knife Cut Noodles, and the Seafood Chow Mein. Food came out fairly quickly and almost at once, and portion sizes were generous to share. Out of everything we ordered I liked the beef pancake rolls, beef noodles, and pork belly noodles the best. The other dishes were appetizing, but I don't think I would order it again next time. Staff and service was standard, and restaurant was clean and spacious. Parking can be a bit tricky, as it is located within a plaza with many other establishments. All in all, it was nice to try out their menu and would recommend checking out for your next noodle soup craving.

Been to this place a few times and never disappoints. The service was quick and friendly. Soon as I placed the order the food started arriving just minutes later. Everything we got was just perfect. All meats were well marinated and went perfect with the noodles. And of course the noodles themselves were great. Texture and taste was perfect. The surprise dish was the white tea smoked chicken. Can really taste that smokiness in the chicken which I wasn't expecting. Some places say "smoked" but don't deliver that flavor.. this place definitely delivered. Highly recommend this place !

If you're craving some rather authentic hand pulled noodles, Highland Noodles will definitely do the trick for you. The "QQ" of the noodles are fantastic and how the thin flat wide noodles clump up together in un-uniformed manner tells you that it's made in house and not machine processes. Further, Highland does not skimp on adding the noodles to go along with your bowl of noodle soup. While the menu options are quite extensive, they're not overly burdensome or overwhelming like some Chinese restaurants. The service, well, they hustle. They're not the kindest, but they're trying to get work done and ferry people into the seats. Lunch is a busy time (be prepared to wait). I'm sure dinner is also a busy time. Modern-esq kind of restaurant with plenty of booths that easily fix 6. Plenty of tables and chairs scattered around that can be arranged for larger parties. Private parking lot.

One of my fav places to eat for delicious afford eats! Love the quality of food and service here. The ambiance is also really nice and clean. My fav apps are their cucumber salad and pork ears. Those two are a must haves every time I'm here. I usually get their beef noodle soup but I was feeling spicy today so I picked a dry pot and it was so SO SPICY. I do have a low spice tolerance but my nose was just sniffing after each bite.

I am quite positive my 4 will become a 5 when I revisit on a non-vegetarian day. Buddhist folks do not eat meat 2x a month. Normally people opt for one day (like my mom and Gavin) but I do 2 days consecutively 2x a month. Anyway. I have not seen my close colleagues for months though we work near each other. My building is a few blocks away, but we never see each other. The 4 of us met up to catch up and enjoy some good food. Every time we do this, we always pick a different place to eat. Because I was not eating meat that day, I was limited. I ordered the scallion noodles. You will need to cut the noodles if you don't want to slurp or make a mess as you eat. I love how chewy they are. Will return to try their spicy beef flat noodles. Parking can be hellish but come before 11:10AM and you're good!

There was a bit of wait when we arrived. We put our names on the waitlist and were seated 15-20 minutes later. We ordered: Braised beef noodle soup: 4.5/5 tasty broth, tender beef and noodles were fresh and hand a good chewy texture. But oh my they put soooo much noodle!! Could have easily taken out 1/2 of the noodles. Thin noodles were still a bit thick. Spicy beef noodle soup: 4/5 strong cumin flavor and a nice kick. I preferred the one above. Pork belly noodle soup: 4/5 kids liked this Veggie: 5/5 good! Pork feet: 3/5 this is served cold. Just ok. Pig ear: 4/5 good flavor but thickly sliced Meat pie: 5/5 good! Chow mein: 4/5 noodles were on the Al denté side. If you order noodle soup be warned that their portions are huge. One bowl easily feeds 2-3 adults.

We were at la casa mia when we walked past Highland Noodles and knew we had to stop by the next day. Saturday night we came in and were seated immediately. Ordering is done through the phone and food comes out at a decent pace, just maybe on in sync because we were halfway through our meal when my chili garlic noodles (last item) came out. I'm sure it's just the prep time for the hand pull noodles. Completely understandable. Interior is quite spacious and the lighting fixtures are pretty cool. They block out the windows, so it creates a very private space. Recommend everything on the menu, but we got. Cucumber salad Knife cut beef noodles Flat/wide hand pulled chili garlic noodles Beef roll Lamb skewers Everything had amazing flavor, felt so good for a late night meal. We especially loved how refreshing the cucumbers were
